Chinese dishes are to be tried here. The truth is that you will really enjoy good wontons, mongolian beef and sesame chicken. At this restaurant, you can order food as a takeout. The staff is said to be attentive here. Professional service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of New China Garden. Here you will pay reasonable prices. I was very pleasantly surprised by this restaurant! My mom said they did a really nice job, so I trusted her judgement and took a chance. Their wonton soup was absolutely delicious! As were their steamed dumplings. I had some of my mom’s Hunan Chicken and it wasn’t my favorite dish but not because New China made it badly, simply because it wasn’t my favorite flavor profile. I’ll definitely try something else next time. Give them a try! It looks very humble on the outside, but the food was better than most Chinese I’ve had in WNC. I ordered lo mein noodles, orange chicken and broccoli. I was disappointed to see that the bottom half of the noodles and chicken had rice to fill the container. If I order noodles, I don’t expect nor want to get it replaced with cheap rice to scam customers. Would not order again Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Sometimes you just want Chinese Food… something about it just hits the spot. New China Garden is always open and ready to go. The food is freshly prepared, delicious and probably the best buy in town.
