Wing Hwa used to be really good. When the new owners took over, the first time we ordered from them, everything was great and my wife and I were excited for good takeout. However, that was the only time it has been good. It's been nothing but flavorless, overly thickened sauces, indistinguishable meat and disappointment. Everything is overcooked, taste of burned oil or has no flavor at all. I am really disappointed to say that it's really not worth your money to eat at Wing Hwa anymore.
