Each course was a testament to his innovative vision, blending surprising elements and creating enchanting flavors that captivated our palates.
Mirroring the magical spells of Harry Potter, Chef Zaken used his culinary 'wand' to cast light into each dish, echoing the 'Lumos' spell, and unlocking a treasure trove of secret flavors, reminiscent of the 'Alohomora' spell. The "Norman Dream," an extraordinary concoction of caramelized apples, Camembert cheese, and hazelnuts, was a masterful display of his ability to transform simple ingredients into a sublime gastronomic experience.
Equally impressive, Pastry Chef Marisha Shukla, the culinary 'Hermione,' enchanted us with her desserts.
