This place was a staple for a long time before big boxxy buildings started poppin up on Pico. Sad to see it go, and wish city could evolve and stay the same all at the same time

A classic "old school" diner - the walls are peppered with framed 8 x 10's, a big menu, serve breakfast all day (as should every place!!), nice wait staff & darn good food. Great pancakes by the way. Thanks Nick's!

Nick's Coffee Shop & Deli on our early morning walk of the area and waited a few minutes to be seated. Yeah it was a great shop and freshly brewed coffee.
