The hallmark of this restaurant is serving perfectly cooked prawns, sushi and chicken rolls. Many reviewers suppose that the staff is hospitable here. In spite of the popularity among customers, the weak side of Nikko Express is its disappointing service. A number of visitors highlight that prices are democratic for what you get. The lovely atmosphere adds a relaxing feel to a guests' stay at this place. But this spot is not highly estimated by Google users who provided it a below average rating.

The food was absolutely disgusting the shrimp were steamed with no flavour the fillet was like beef jerky and we ordered rare. we ordered a sushi roll that consisted Of frozen fried shrimp wrapped in rice. The worst $63 I have ever spent I would’ve been better off, going and buying gas stations sushi. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went to Nikko Express for the first time after a while. Just to keep this brief: to the manager and/or owner: if you want to keep customers or to stay in business, you should rethink your choice in who is serving your customers. The girl at the window 30-40 minutes ago could use a course in customer service. Hers S-U-C-K-E-D. It was my intention to place two orders, one for me and one for a co-worker. Had I not been placing an order for someone else, I would have done as the car in front of me: just driven off without ordering ANYTHING. And to be fair, I can't say how the food was because the order I did place was not for me. I wouldn't dare order from somewhere where an employee makes me feel unwelcome. Also, just so you know, for some reason, this site makes you give at least one star. I equate stars with good. Today's service was worse than not good. NO. Stars.
