I had been curious about trying out Ninteens up at silom soi 19 for some time, attracted by its inviting ambiance. However, my recent visit left much to be desired. Upon ordering a beer, I immediately noticed a strange taste. Concerned, I politely asked the waiter to have the bartender or manager taste it. To my astonishment, the manager not only refused but also berated me in front of other customers, insisting that someone else had enjoyed the same beer without complaint. This unprofessional and rude behavior was unacceptable. A simple explanation about the beer's quality would have sufficed, and I would have happily paid my bill and left. Instead, I was met with hostility. I urge Nineteens Up to educate their rude manager on proper customer service etiquette. No patron should be made to feel belittled or unwelcome for voicing a valid concern. Overall, my experience at your restaurant was marred by this unfortunate incident, overshadowing any positives the establishment may have had.
