Japanese cuisine is well-cooked at this restaurant. The truth is that you will really enjoy perfectly cooked sushi, ramen and beef. A lot of visitors suppose that the staff is gracious at this place. Google gives it 4.5 so you can choose Nippon Express to have a good time here.

Was refused service 30 min b4 closing, hours need to be changed. So much for Raman tonight went to bj's instead and got a steak. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I am going to give three stars for now, but will definitely go back. Although we eat sushi, we also like a variety of other asian/oriental foods. Not being familiar with "sushi bars", we found Nippon Express a little confusing. Fortunately there is a menu on the window which helped. The assumption here seems to be that the patrons know what they want and are accustomed to sushi bars. The quality of the food was very good and we especially liked the crab salad.Update: back again today for the Ramen - very nice. The service was much more pleasant today. Upgraded to 4 stars.
