This was one of the better dining experiences I've had in a while.  I came here with a group of friends and tried a few small things.  Everything was delicious and service was great but the most unforgettable thing were the uni shooter!  These shooters were probably the most delicious thing I have ever out in my mouth.  I'm usually not a huge fan of uni,  it's a hit or miss for me, but the combination of flavors with these unis seriously bursts in your mouth as you take the shot.  I probably could've had shots of these uni shooters all night.   Everything else was good, service and atmosphere was great, everything was a total 5 stars for me. The yellowtail jalapeño is always one of my go to menu items which was delicious as well,  but I still will never forget those uni shooters.  I would come back but more for a special occasion, it's not a restaurant I would go on the regular as it can be a little pricey, but you get what you pay for!
One of the best dinners that we've ever had. Everything was on point. The fois gras was good but I'd have to say it was probably my least favorite of all the dishes we tried. The cod in the hot menu was amazing!!! And they had an off the menu item that toro, but by far the best thing I've ever eaten!!! (See the first picture). Service: amazing service, she provided wonderful recommendations and checked up on us frequently (but not to the point that it was intrusive to our meal). Ambience: it is in the middle of Caesar's palace, but I didn't feel that this affected the ambience much. We had our own private booth which was very nice. In summary, I would come back here any day! Great food and service makes Nobu a win in my book!.
Exquisitely delicious? Yes. Worth the money? That depends how much money you have, lol. My reviews don't take into account how much is being spent, just whether or not I enjoyed the food. Went with the yellowtail sashimi, japanese snapper with dry miso, wagyu gyoza, prime beef tenderloin and the sashimi platter. I really loved the yellowtail, snapper, and gyoza. Sashimi was great and the quality was amazing, but I feel like I should have tried more of the other dishes that I can't/won't typically get at a sushi restaurant. The prime tenderloin was also really good but doesn't compare to steakhouse steaks. We were given a complimentary dessert that was scrumptious and mouthwatering. I don't see it on the menu, but all the differently flavors went together perfectly. Sat at the sushi bar. The chef and waiter all provided stellar service, as expected from any high end restaurant.
