Not impressed with the staff. The girl hung up on me when I called to order and then she pointed to the food that was ready for pickup on the metal shelf instead of handing it to me from the counter. It was off to me and it seemed a bit rude and slightly confusing. Also the fries were a bit soggy. Service: Take out Food: 3 Service: 2

I live close to North 29 Grill so we are frequent customers. Their food is always fresh, hot and made to order. They have a diverse menu and the staff is always very friendly. If you're in the city of Kannapolis I recommend you give this place a try! It might not be the prettiest, newest looking establishment, but I think the old charm of this place adds to its essence as a whole. They offer dine in options, call in options and online ordering services.
