Amazing food and excellent service! We walked past this restaurant and I was attracted by the menu that had a very interesting range of authentic food. We ordered various items including bread, salad, Mezes and the dish of the day with fresh lemonades to drink. The lemonade was absolutely amazing and bursting with flavours topped with freshly chopped mint leaves. The food? Absolutely amazing! This is a place to discover new dishes if anyone is not familiar with Lebanese food, and everything tastes so fresh. The staff ( family run) make you feel very welcome as soon as you walk in and we really enjoyed chatting to them throughout the evening, This is a place for anyone passionate with food I absolutely recommend! Best place to eat in Blackpool without a doubt and worth travelling miles to! ????????Thank you for the lovely evening guys. ????

I strongly urge people to not eat at this place! We have suffered a horrific ordeal from going to this restaurant. My cousin and myself and our three children went to this restaurant this evening as an end to a brilliant day in Blackpool to be met by what we can only describe as a purely terrifying experience. We were very excited to have Lebanese food and ordered over £100 worth of food and were happy to pay as it was our last night in Blackpool. We sat and waited over an hour for them to even bring our drinks to us, the children were crying because they were so hungry... one of which is 18 months old. When the food finally arrived it was stone cold! One of the meatball dishes even had ice in the middle where it had clearly been microwaved from frozen and not defrosted in the middle. The dishes were all completely different from how they were described on the menu. But what we very apparent as that the food was very poor quality (packet/microwave food) that we were going to spend a lot of money on. We explain to the waiter that we were very unhappy with how long we waited and the poor quality of the food and that it was all STONE COLD! He became very aggressive and started slamming plates on the table and shouting in our faces! We were very shocked at his behaviour so calmly told him we were going to leave and eat else where.. at that point three other men and a women came running out of the kitchen and literally screaming in our faces!!! We were petrified!!! The children were absolutely frantic!! So we tried to leave and they LOCKED US IN THE RESTAURANT!!!! One of the children started to have a panic attack and it was only when we screamed for help that they opened the door! A man on the trees witness us try to leave as one of the waiters grabbed the prame and then as we got out another waiter chucked a BAG OF FOOD OVER MY COUSINS HEAD!!!! The children were screaming and we were so frightened!!! We have called the police who will be dealing with the situation and we will be contacting trading standards. I assure you this is not a joke and we are extremely shocked at how they treated us.
