"What you eat is either healing you or harming you." Nourish Wellness Café everything served is healing. It has become my favorite place to eat. The menu changes daily and everything is as delicious as it is nutritious. Currently I am doing the Kitchari cleanse which is a mono-dood diet to reduce inflammation in the body and give my digestive system a rest and reset. I'm on day 2 and am feeling great! The small restaurant is clean and comfortable. The owner is very amicable and attentive. Wonderful customer service.
