I was disappointed with my experience. My burger was served extremely undercooked, with the centre appearing raw. When I raised my concern with the waiter, I was told that this is how they serve their burgers. While I understand some people prefer rare burgers, I wasn’t informed beforehand and wasn’t comfortable eating it in that condition. The staff were polite, but I think customers should be made aware if burgers are served rare, or at least be given the option to choose their preferred level of doneness. Service: 5
