Food is delicious but there have been two food truck festivals that we have gone to specifically to get food from ocheeze and they were not there at either one with no posting on there page as to why but were advertised and even had it listed on their calendar. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

I had the most amazing grilled blue cheese with pear sandwich today at Bald Man Brewery today. Jonathan gave the best customer service and was so kind and helpful. HIGHLY recommend this food truck!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I really had a legitimate pang of panic when I went to O'Cheeze to order nachos and saw they were closed. Thankfully, it did not take long to stumble upon their new location just across the way. It was easy to order. They were friendly, and the wait time gave me a chance to go get a table and a beer upstairs at Clutch Brewing. They gave me a buzzer, so I did not have to guess about the nacho-timing. The Concoction Nachos are delicious. It is everything one hopes for in a good plate of nachos: ample toppings and great coverage. A platter fed two hungry people. The concoction nachos are good for a meal or a snack with a beer. You and your day will be better for them.
