I don't think i can rate any star for this place. I had such terrible experiences. I will never ever come back here again. First of all, i think the owner should update the opening hours, because when i saw this restaurant open until 10pm. I was so excited to ring the phone lines many times, but no one pick up. Then i decided to go there around 9pm. Only 2 small groups of customer, not even busy, but no one pick up the phone. Secondly, one of the FOH was so rude. I think he has zero experiences as FOH. He denied my request to changed table (my table was right next to front door, it was freezing). He served my food in the take away container and give me a lid straight away. Be honest, if i want take away food, i should have just stay home and place order, what the point of going dine in and get the food in take away and pay for price dine in. It's so ridiculous. The most thing unacceptable was serving RAW pork katsudon. He spent couple of miniutes for argue with me that the pork was not raw, but he forgot i'm not blind. Then he showed it to the Chef, and of course i was right. He said the oil iwas not hot enough and the pork was FROZEN, that's y it's raw. This is not how you explain to customer, where were the appologies? The pork katsudon was raw, the chicken katsudon was cook with black burning edges, but at least it cooked. I'm happy to pay for chicken because i took one bite already, but not for the pork. But the FOH still wanted to ask us pay for the raw food and told us that he let us in was already a favour. WHAT. I'm not begging for anything, so don't you dare to say it. Just one word i can say TERRIBLE.
