They are a premium-quality cut, slow-cooked at low temperature to achieve maximum tenderness and flavour. By their nature, beef ribs contain a significant amount of fat and marbling, which is an essential part of the cut and contributes to their rich taste and texture. As our staff always checks in during the meal to make sure everything is to our guests’ satisfaction, we would have been more than happy to offer an alternative or find a solution had you mentioned your concerns at the time.
