Many people visit this restaurant to taste good fish & chips. Ocean Star is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Many clients claim that prices are inflated. But 4.1 is what this place got from the Google rating system.

Went to Ocean star because Lemon Plaice in Welwyn is closed Sunday evenings. Lovely lady serving, but on her own which meant waiting 10 mins just for 1 portion of chips. Cash only which was a bit inconvenient nowadays. Chips were just about average, but there were loads of pieces of overcooked fish batter mixed in among them which made it annoying picking through. Not a patch on Lemon Plaice, and I'm afraid to say I wouldn't go there again. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £1–10
