As expected, Oceans 999 is a rather expensive for what you eat. The reason is being part of Pan Pacific Vancouver hotel. To reach there, you have to come through the Hotel’s entrance and use the first escalator. The vibe and view of the restaurant is amazing. You have mountain and water view with a lot of sunlight.♀️ The staff is almost good and its service is nice. Being more smiley could be a good idea. There was a singer on Saturday with a beautiful voice and made a unique experience.Recommendations:* Carbonara Flatbread* Smoked Beef Brisket Hash* Harden Omelette They just have black coffee with an average quality.Enjoy!
