Great pieces of fish and consistently good service.
Amazing fresh sushi! Don't be fooled by their small size! Food is delicious!
Sorry, but I think this place is over-rated. There are better sushi restaurants in the Boston metro area with fresher and higher quality sushi. I came here with friends on a weekend for dinner and left feeling a bit queasy, unimpressed, and disappointed considering what we got served for the high price point. We came here with high expectations given all the positive reviews but as we all ate our sushi dishes we stopped a third of the way through because we all encountered pieces of different sushi dishes that looked a little suspect (e.g., shriveled up shrimp, shriveled up salmon roe, etc.). The cooked dishes were ok but we were all a bit weary about the uncooked fish and questioned the freshness. I understand that it's difficult to preserve freshness but if they're running a supposed 5-star sushi restaurant I assumed (incorrectly) that this place had higher standards than they actually do. I could've saved myself a trip to the suburbs and dined elsewhere in the city. Once upon a time they ran a much better restaurant but I see now it's all about cutting corners. I will not be returning for this reason.
