My favorite sushi place in Boston. Get here early because it's a great sushi bar in a tiny space!  I've come here several times when I visited from out of town. The fish is fresh as can be! We have sushi and sashimi and rolls -- everything is excellent !
Aesthetics aesthetics aesthetics!! The presentation of each dish blew me away, and they tasted just as great as they looked. After stuffing myself with some satisfying sashimis and sushi, I was pleasantly surprised with a ball of happiness (dessert) on the house. Will definitely come back. Pricey but well worth it
Granted, I had high expectations coming into this place. My girlfriend raved about Oishii for months and always tried to get me to go with her. We finally went on a Friday night. Luckily, we were able to find parking near the restaurant. There was a small wait, so we put our names on the clipboard list. We wait for ~15 min before being seated at the sushi bar. The place is very small with mainly only sushi bar seating and 1 table. I ordered the sushi deluxe thinking the sushi here would wow me. The nigiri sushi was good, but it wasn't something to rave about. The fish tasted clean, but the rice could have used more seasoning. My one gripe is that they provided 2 pieces of each nigiri sushi, so it was 10 pairs of nigiri. WACKKKKK. I was hoping for chef's choice and get some unique high quality fish. Service was friendly, and you order via a black marker on a reusable menu. For the price we paid, the food was just okayyyyyyy. However, for a cheaper price and better tasting nigiri, i would opt for Toraya or Daikanayama
