Ordered a cream cheese, turkey larrupin bagel on door dash. Bagel came and it ONLY had cream cheese after even paying extra for everything else. Called, and they eventually decided to give me $14 store credit. I go in to get my bagel today, order the same thing, they give it to me in a closed box and in order to be polite I didn’t check it. I get home and it’s just a larrupin cream cheese bagel. So $14 for a cream cheese larrupin bagel. The staff were awkward about it when I mentioned the credit and kept cutting me off when trying to order my bagel saying ‘is that it?’. Won’t be going back. Although I’m sure they’re glad to hear that. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I wish I could give negative stars. My husband ordered an ice cream pink champagne cake for my 30th birthday party(ordered it plenty in advance). When he went to pick it up, they informed him that it's melted as it was stored in the fridge instead of the freezer and they told him "sorry, nothing we can do". Such a disappointment in the customer service when we have ordered birthday cakes there for the past three years. Luckily my husband was able to go to Cherry Blossom Bakery who instantly made it right and got my husband a beautiful pink champagne cake. Old Town coffee and chocolates - I would LOVE for you to reach out to me so my husband can give you a review on the horrendous service he received on January 13, 2024. We will NEVER order another item from there and I don't recommend this business(either location) for anyone. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a cake for a birthday party & it was incredible! Got the kahlua mud pie cake & everyone loved it. Ordering was easy over the phone & pickup was just as easy. The script on the cake was also beautiful. Will definitely be ordering here anytime a cake is needed. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5
