This was my first time ordering from Oma Gisi's German Bakery! The shipment was sent out on Tuesday 6/3 and we received it today (6/8) and everything was hard as stone. The Brötchen and bread were not edible and I’d have gladly paid more (shipping was free) for the items to arrive next day or at least within 2 business days. However, I was issued a refund, which I appreciated. ! The items looked good and I’m sure they’d have tasted good fresh but not shipped!

The order was shipped 2-day shipping. I am happy to provide proof to anyone who is interested. This is on UPS, not us. I am very sorry for your experience. I refunded your money.
