One Dim Sum is a place that we really planned to go to during our stay in Hongkong. We had a late dinner in this store but still the place was packed with people. I must say that this place is one of the best dimsum place we ever had. Please refer to the photos for the food we ordered. The prawn dumplings, pork dumplings, and steam custard buns are our favorites! The dumplings are very generous in servings. Expect a shrimp in every bite!! Their sauces, especially the soy sauce, serves as the perfect complement to the dimsum. The custard buns are very delicious! It has a right level of sweetness that really works for us. Worth mentioning is the steamed beef balls. It has a very tasty sauce that comes with it. This a must-try place when in HK! Hope we could go back to taste the BBQ Pork Buns (not available during our visit).
