Osaka Cuisine in Matthews is, without a doubt, the best hibachi and seafood I’ve had in my 14 years of being here! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming and vibrant, and the staff is incredibly attentive and friendly. The chefs are true masters of their craft, each hibachi dish is perfectly cooked with amazing flavors and showmanship that makes every meal an experience. The seafood is fresh, perfectly seasoned, and cooked to perfection. Every visit has exceeded my expectations, and I can’t recommend this place enough to anyone who loves high-quality, flavorful Japanese cuisine. I don't know much about sushi or any Japanese food for that matter, but Osaka Japanese Cuisine and Sushi Bar is really quite impressive. I was passing through Hoover on my way to Birmingham when I decided to try something new. The service was good and the food tasted fresh and flavorful. I recommend the spicy sushi combo with the red bean ice cream for dessert. I am definitely coming back!
