We recently visited Osteria del Proconsolo and had a truly wonderful evening. The restaurant combines a fun and relaxed atmosphere with excellent food and very attentive service. The staff were polite, friendly, and always responsive to guests’ requests, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I chose the dish of the day — spaghetti with cheese and truffles — and it turned into a whole performance. Chris was absolutely fantastic: preparing the dish right in front of us with great skill, humour, and genuine care for the guests. It was not only delicious, but also memorable to watch. Even if you decide not to go for the daily special, the menu itself is excellent and offers a wide variety of choices for different tastes. Thank you Chris for an unforgettable dinner. Best regards,. Delicious food, hefty portions, friendly and efficient service, quaint atmosphere We had an amazing meal of homemade sausage and truffle pasta and chicken parmigiana. A bottle of the wine of the house was perfect. Thank you Fiona for your smiling presence and helpful recommendations. Definitely recommend for a late afternoon lunch
