Big disappointment. After a city tour with a stop in Neustadt, we wanted to have a coffee and eat a piece of cake. When we arrived at Café Oswaldz, we were neither greeted nor told that self-service was the order of the day. So we sat around longer and waited in vain. There is only one toilet for more than 30 seats. It wasn't particularly clean. When ordering, you first have to wait about 10 minutes at the cash register, only to find out when ordering that it will take another 15 minutes for 3 coffees and 1 piece of cake (for what actually?). The three employees seem overwhelmed on the one hand and a bit cool and casual on the other. Then we left disappointed. Service is something else. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
