Cakes look great! But, don't try and place a phone order - they don't answer, and it goes to voicemail. Called 5x today from 11:00 (AM) - 1:30 (PM), no joy. And, no on-line ordering options. Probably best to go in-person for mom/pop shop service...

Got it to go. The rating is based on the cake. It's was worth spending $6. It was the best cheesecake I've had in Hawaii. Great texture (not melting in your mouth soft) and not sugary. Otto Cake blends his creations to smoothness. I enjoy the plain cheesecake the best because it has a delicate wonderful flavor. I also enjoy his seasonal creations with pumpkin and chocolate. This Kaimuki location is great- lots of metered or lot parking. Feels safe around here. I used to venture into Chinatown to eat his cakes. Once I bought his ant painting. Good service whenever I visited. He is very community minded since he also donated money to the Honolulu Museum of Art. If u don't like cheesecake- try Ottocake and you will love cheesecake
