Food was delicious!!! Our bartender/server was wonderful!! She made great suggestions and went above and beyond to make our visit perfect!! Go see Erin at Richmond Outback! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Ahi Tuna Salad, Steak and Grilled Shrimp with Broccoli, Potatoes, Lobster Tails

I really try to be understanding because I’ve worked in restaurants when I was younger but I would want to know before I got there that this is how feedback is handled. I went to the outback to get something to eat and it was probably the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. I ordered the chicken and ribs and the salad came out and 30 seconds later the food was already there I asked the server if they could take my food and keep it warm until I was finished with my salad even though I still didn’t have a beverage of bread she said she would get the manager. I asked her not to because I didn’t want to formally complain I just wanted them to keep it warm for me the manager came out anyway and that’s where the wheels fell off. She wanted to argue with me. she said I know for a fact Your food didn’t come out that fast and so I tried to just shut it down and say OK I’m sorry have a good day she continued to stand and argue with me and I ask her please can I get my beverage and eat my meal. A few minutes later she comes back and starts arguing again. whatever you do do not eat at the outback steakhouse in Richmond and if for some reason you do anyway don’t sit in the bar area. it’s not the bartenders fault but they expect her to wait on everyone and make the drinks for the rest of the restaurant with no help. they really need to get her some help and they really need to train the manager on how to deal with the public. Whatever you do DO NOT give any feedback about anything that can be improved because you will be berated. Half of the salad was parts that should be tossed out Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50
