We must confess, it reads rather like a theatrical monologue—full of passion, drama, and a sprinkling of adjectives so enthusiastic we suspect even Shakespeare might raise an eyebrow.Regrettably, despite our exhaustive search through our bookings, waiting lists, and even the memories of our staff (who possess excellent recall, especially when “mistresses” are mentioned), we were unable to locate any trace of your visit. One might say your appearance at our restaurant is as elusive as the “dirty plates” you so passionately described.At Ouvra Indian Kitchen, hygiene is a matter we take extremely seriously—our inspection reports, spotless records, and daily routines of gleaming cutlery would be delighted to attest to that. Should you ever visit us in person, you would find that our plates shine with such brilliance that one could practically see their future reflected in them.Your colourful references to rushed food, mysterious curry splashes, and managers “shouting” are fascinating—especially since none align with our daily operations. Nonetheless, we applaud your creativity. It is not every day we encounter a review that appears to have been written about a restaurant located in a parallel universe.We do understand that fictional experiences can be exhilarating, but in the interest of fairness to genuine diners, we kindly request that future reviews be based on an actual visit. We promise the real-life Ouvra experience is far less dramatic, far more delicious, and involves significantly fewer imaginary hygiene catastrophes.Should you ever wish to grace our establishment in reality, we would be delighted to welcome you—preferably with a reservation under a name we can actually find.Warm Regards
