Been here a few times to enjoy their seasonal menus. Currently they are temporarily closed due to Covid, but this place offers quite amazing dining experience! You pay for the atmosphere, performance, and delicious food! I tried both wine pairings and tea pairings and both were great! Love how they offer tea pairings for non-drinker/underage. This is something I've never seen anywhere in Hawaii yet. Their signature nitrogen lava cake is a must!!! It's so cool and delicious!!! I also love their chux pastry dessert. This is also a must! Hope they'll be able to reopen when this covid situation gets better. Looking forward to dine in and enjoy their food again!

By far my best private dining place I ever experience while living here on the islands. Everything you could tell was just made with a lot of love & infused with high quality local ingredients. Recommend making reservations before dinning in. But all in all For sure an experience I won't forget. Look forward to coming back on my next special occasion.

As our 35th wedding anniversary vacation trip to Waikiki approached, I wanted desperately to find something new & "special" for the night of our actual anniversary. We've been to waiki approx 10x in the last 15 years, and have never discovered a REALLY special restaurant....until last night. Luckily, I was able to make reservations so that we sat at the Chef's counter. As a party of just 2, I don't think I'd come back if the only seating available was the dining room. We absolutely loved sitting at the kitchen counter. Every course was as delicious as the one before, but I've got to say, the filet entree was like no other steak I (or my husband) have ever encountered. So, so good! The plated pairing of ever course was flawless . Flavored perfectly blending together. PARIS.HAWAII is now forever on our Waikiki "to do" list Thank you chef Michael for your engaging conversation, even though you were hard at work. It was nice visiting with you
