Really delicious food. My only criticism being is that it’s a little too salty and I had to send my food back once to have it cooked a little longer. The staff were pretty good, but not exceptional. They give off a bit of a “cool” vibe, but it’s that kind of place. Highly recommended. We are at Paia Fish Market Waikiki two days in a row! The first day we ordered the mahi mahi Cajun style, fish tacos, one kids fish & chips and one kids quesadilla. The portions were good sized and all of the food was really good! The seasoning on the Cajun style mahi mahi was very tasty and it was cooked just right. My wife really liked the fish tacos and even the kids food was good too. The next day my wife got the snapper Cajun style, I got the snapper sandwich and both kids got the fish & chips. Everything was great again. We definitely recommend Paia and will return someday! Overall grade: A+

My wife and I tried Paia restaurant one day recently and loved the food, atmosphere and the people that worked there, so the next day we brought our family there and we all enjoyed our lunch here. The food was excellent and everyone loved the restaurant.
Please consider putting your restaurant in San Jose, California, I’m sure it would do well here.
