Criollo Argentinian style sausages, pork chops, pork spare ribs, boned out chicken thighs. Approximate uncooked weight 1.25kgs per person . Served with our own Sticky Barbecue Sauce, Argentinian Chimi Churri spicy sauce, Coleslaw salad (our own recipe), Roast potatoes and freshly baked bread. Afterwards oranges, melon or watermelon depending on the time of year. Topped off with a “Chupito” (shot) of Pacharán.
Drinks included within the price and only served during the meal: Red wine, Beer, Tinto Verano (red wine mixed with casera, very refreshing, a typical Spanish lunchtime drink) Coca Cola, Fanta Orange and bottled water.

Más nuestra salsa barbacoa, chimichurri, patatas al horno crujientes, ensalada de col (nuestra receta), ensaladas varias y pan del campo. Naranjas de la huerta, melón o sandía (según temporada). Finaliza con un chupito de licor. Las bebidas incluidas, sólo durante la comida: Vino tinto, cerveza, tinto verano, Coca-cola, Fanta de naranja y agua.
