Paisano’s Restaurante exceeded our expectations! My wife and I had a wonderful dining experience here. The food was outstanding, beautifully prepared, and packed with flavor. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and perfect for a date night. Manager Edgar was extraordinary and helped make the evening even more enjoyable with his warm hospitality and attention to detail. Edgar is doing a great job managing the restaurant, and his dedication to providing an exceptional guest experience is evident in every aspect of the evening. We started with the Burrata Avocado Bruschetta and the Stuffed Mushrooms, both of which were fresh, flavorful, and the perfect way to begin the meal. For our entrées, we enjoyed the Eggplant Pecorino Casserole and the Short Ribs, slow-braised in red wine with tomatoes and fresh herbs and served over homemade ricotta gnocchi. Both dishes were outstanding, with the eggplant casserole offering rich, comforting flavors and the short ribs being tender, rich, and absolutely delicious. To finish the evening, we shared the house-made crème brûlée, which was the perfect dessert with its creamy texture and delicately caramelized sugar topping. A special thank you to Freddy, our waiter, who provided exceptional service throughout the evening. He was attentive, professional, friendly, and made us feel truly welcome. It's worth noting that the restaurant offers a full bar with excellent cocktails and drink selections. While there is a $15 corkage fee for bringing your own wine, it's a reasonable courtesy offered to guests. Since Rutherford was historically a dry town and liquor licenses only became available more recently, it's nice that the restaurant still accommodates guests who prefer to bring a special bottle of wine. Overall, between the incredible food, great cocktails, outstanding service from Freddy, and the welcoming atmosphere, my wife and I had a fantastic experience. We look forward to returning and highly recommend Paisano's to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in Rutherford.
