Absolutely the best place to have kebab in Lisboa, but not just in Lisboa but I never eat that delicious kebab in my life. If you are hungary, it's worth to visit this place due to the high quality and the reasonable price. It's just near by the Time Out Market and I saw that the chefs and the workers from that market came here to eat their lunch in Palacio do kebab and that means a lot to me to follow the locals. This is what I try to do when I'm abroad: follow the locals as they know what is the best.
