If you have never tasted Chinese cuisine, you should order a table and try the menu at this fast food. Spend a nice time here and share perfectly cooked prawns, filet américain and beef with broccoli with your friends. Try good wine. Come here and have great lemonade.

I do love Panda Express. I've never had any issues with the freshness of the food, environment, or customer service. This time was a disaster when it came to customer service. There was a miscommunication on my order, and I went back to the counter to fix the order, knowing I would have to pay additional. No problem! The worker decided to cut me off 3 times about the order being wrong. I apologized to her and she still was angry at me and tried to not serve me and pass it off to another employee when i was literally in the midst of apologizing again to her for the miscommunication. She brought up and additional charge 2 times and I told her that wasn't a problem and clearly there was miscommunication. After sitting down to eat that same worker came out from the back and rolled her eyes at me and shook her head with a look of disgust. She was clearly having a bad day. However, even after apologizing and trying to rectify, she showed horrible customer service. I will drive out my way to go to the other location in the Charleston area from now on. I attempted to leave a review from my receipt, but the site wouldn't take the information at the time.
