Upon entering Pandit Dhaba, I was greeted by the inviting aroma of spices and the friendly smiles of the staff. The ambiance was simple yet cozy, reminiscent of roadside dhabas found along Indian highways. For starters, I tried their signature paneer tikka, which was grilled to perfection and bursting with flavors. The tandoori roti served alongside was soft and freshly baked, a perfect accompaniment to the flavorful dishes. Moving on to the main course, I opted for the butter chicken and dal makhani, both of which were outstanding. The butter chicken had a rich and creamy texture, while the dal makhani was comforting and packed with wholesome flavors.
