Zero sauce on all our sandwiches. No sauce on pizza either. Also cherry on top; they were out of almost everything we asked for. Best Panera ever oh I almost forgot! No napkins were provided at both drive thru and take out.

This is the worst Panera Bread in Austin, I would much rather go to Gateway. The assistant manager with blonde hair is particularly rude and out of line. When chatting with some staff, I can tell they simply do not like her. Will never visit this place again! Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
