Order never received. It’s been over one hour. Tracking shows cutting for 1 hour, restaurant shows closed now. Why don’t you just cancel the order??? What type of business is this? Just cancel and refund. Absolutely ridiculous. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Right I am so fucking pissed off with papa johns pizza, got a pizza and ask for bbq Base, Pizza came in 45 minutes. when I open the pizza box the pizza look like shit! Me and my family members where like looking at each other like what the hell. But knowing how much money was spent on it I said just try it, it may be nice (why did i lie to my love ones? not a hope in hell) it was soooooooo bad the pizza didn't even look like it was cooked, so me being me I was like we need to call and get a free pizza as this one is a joke! And you know papa John's pizza , say that if you are not happy with the pizza they will send you a free one right....... well my friends this is BULLSHIT! it's a lie, A family member called and told them in a nice way (their lucky they didn't get me) that we was not happy with the pizza just for them to say " it's not like we got the toppings wrong and we can't came and give you a new pizza coz we are closing now" and when the same family member said can they send us a new pizza tomorrow they said " you will have to take it up with mangerment " the guy that was talking on the phone was so rude and he just didn't care that we spent money on this pizza, he came across as a right dickhead. Plus on top of that we got a vegan pizza as I was told that they are vegan friendly (as it's hard to get a good vegan pizza as a take away in london) so that really upset me also :( so please my friends don't get ur pizza from Papa John's coz they have no passion and no heart!!! And to all my vegan brother's and sisters DON'T GET YOUR VEGAN PIZZA FROM THEM! So thank you so much Papa John's Pizza you made my night and my dinner so enjoyable and to show you how much you made me so happy I am now going to pay you back by doing everything in my power to show you that you have fuck with the wrong person and that you should never treat your customers in this poor way.
