It was supposed to be a delicious family dinner to celebrate my mother's 60th birthday, but unfortunately it turned out to be a waste of time and our last visit to this place. A table was reserved for 5 people, two calls the day before asking if we were sure we would be there, I think one would be enough. The waiting time for the ordered food was 1 hour and 20 minutes, which no one even bothered to inform us about. If we hadn't asked the waitress if they had forgotten about our dishes, the waiting time would probably have been even longer. As for the dishes, the tempura shrimps, 5 pieces, were not good, the tempura should be crispy and golden, not thick and soft like dumpling dough. Pumpkin barley is ok, good to fill your stomach, because in my opinion there were too few shrimps for the price of PLN 51. The dish was supposed to have cheese cream and foam, which I didn't see. In another meal, the buckwheat dumplings were obviously dry, as was the roulade. A plus was the beef cheeks, which fortunately were very tasty. To sum up, very long waiting time, 4 dishes brought together 5 after another 7/8 minutes of waiting. The quality of the dishes is the poorest from all visits to this place. We were completely disappointed with the restaurant, which we had visited many times, and we decided not to return to Paprotna. Ps. Reply to the owner of the premises: I haven't seen any information about the minimum waiting time anywhere. 30-40 minutes is a normal waiting time, but almost 1.5 hours is excessive (we wanted to pay for the drinks and leave, but we decided to wait until 1.5 hours). As for the occupancy of the premises and the few caterers I saw who left in the meantime, maybe it is worth hiring an additional cook or purchasing more cooking equipment, because I don't like this kind of customer treatment, I understand that you want to make money, but you shouldn't be such that, having a good opinion, you receive more guests and catering than you can handle in an acceptable time, and regular customers wait almost an hour and a half for a meal, the quality of which is worse than usual when we ate there. Perhaps the meals should be prepared by the cook and not the owner since they were always delicious on previous visits. Thank you for the invitation, but we probably won't come back. The waiting time for an order is standard when the restaurant is so busy. In the menu that you have received on page 1 for 3 months there is enlarged information that the waiting time is at least 50 minutes => to avoid statements that "no one bothered to inform us". We are very sorry. We believe that your opinion is unfair. As for your opinions about the dishes, I think that in a fit of anger you write about our delicacies this way. We are all very sorry.
