Overwhelmed, bad service, and breaking all regulations, since they don't give you a menu and charge what they want. We called May 2, Mother's Day, and as expected everything was complete. They tell us that starting at 3:30 p.m. in the second shift they would serve us. We arrive at that time, and no one pays attention to us. I try to ask a waitress and she tells me to talk to my colleague. I try with another one, and she tells me...that she can't talk to me because she can't handle everything. I go inside and talk to a young waiter, the only one paying attention to us. He gives us a table, and we sit down. More than 20 minutes pass until the same waiter takes our drink order (the other two don't even look at us during that time). 30 minutes pass and after several insistences a waitress serves us. They don't give us a letter, and they "sing" to us what they have. He tells us the shrimp, and I ask him about the price...€40 a plate, because he says "they are very expensive in the market and they are very good." I tell her that it seems very expensive to me, and we order some anchovies in vinegar, some fried squid (which looked very good and our 6-year-old daughter wanted) and the waitress recommends redfish. We listen to him (error on my part for not asking the price, but he said it was "similar to the mullet"...). Almost an hour later (50 minutes to be exact) we still didn't even have the anchovies.....we insisted and they brought them to us. At the next table they order squid and swordfish. After fifteen minutes they serve it, and we without the plates. I complain about it. My daughter without eating. We complain to him, and in the end, at an hour and a quarter, they bring us the fried redfish......(I'll post a photo). And they tell us that they are sorry for the mistake, and that if we no longer want to order the calamari, they will remove it. My daughter was without eating... In the end we only ate the fried redfish. Trying to straighten out the situation, we had some desserts and I had a drink. They brought the bill and they charged us €60 for the portion of redfish....of which a large part was head as you can see. In the end, for some anchovies in vinegar, a redfish, a drink and dessert...€90. A robbery....because it was only a starter and a fried fish..... And the waiter tells me, when I tell him that today had been a bad service..., that anywhere today they would have served me like that . No way to think about it... I have been eating in restaurants for many years and I have rarely felt like this. A shame and a theft. And I remind the owners that it is mandatory by law to have a price chart, even when it is "According to the market." It was full, with people with good purchasing power, which is why they will do great. I'm not saying that they have a bad gender, but the service and the clarity of their prices leave a lot to be desired, breaking the law. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
