Crazy place. Sensory overload. Free roaring off the grills as they pour on oil and make a show. The onion train is always fun to watch; it’s definitely an experience. You go here for the show given by the hibachi chef. Food is decent. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+ Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Hibachi

I recently visited this restaurant to check it out. The old place Hikuni was so-so as I remembered it from before. Everything was textbook with my visit to paradise sushi and hibachi. When you walk in the friendly hostess and well decorated restaurant stand out and glean welcome. Yes, this is a freshly opened restaurant but one with friendly people, good service and great food. The sushi is very good and the hibachi experience was delicious. This sure as heck beats a trip to the city to tachibana. Though the server team was new they did a great job and were very attentive and wanted you to have a good time. I'm picky about restaurants in general - paradise sushi and hibachi did a great job satisfying my appetite. The service and experience is much better than a fair few in Santa Rosa. Very good experience especially when the owner and staff take pride and personal interest in what they do. The hibachi and sushi are great. You can't beat the value of all you can eat quality sushi and super yummy hibachi.
