I like Parlor cafe and in fact I can very recommend it for seating and having a coffee, but definitely not for eating. Today I had a breakfast - small square bread with a little bacon and one fried egg (for almost 130 Kc. It was good, but imo extremely overpriced. Won’t have any meal there in the future.
