When thus business was owner serviced and managed food was just great. My take out pizza was bare bones and hardly a snack. A far take from what I am accustomed to. Where are you Dylan ? Never again. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R 50–100 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Hi Rod, this business is owner run and operated. You ordered a small bacon and avo pizza which we sell many of, not sure what you were expecting. I am sorry you had a bad experience at Pascals.

I ordered a pizza @ 18h22 and by 20h16 there is still no pizza delivery. At 20:18, I called to see where my pizza was and I got a, “Ooo, yah, sorry sirthe driver is on his way” No pizza ever arrived.

Hi Kyle, I am very sorry about your experience with Pascals, we strive to make very customer happy and deliver great service. I did investigate what happened with your order and one of our drivers had a mechanical breakdown and we tried to send one of our other drivers to go collect his orders. Very disappointed in Pascal's Pizzeria, this morning we went to put in a order for Wednesday for 54 chicken alfredo pasta meals for a function we are having at our office, this afternoon I got a call saying that they only have one person working that day, and that they can get extra people in to help but that will cost us R200pp. Where in the world do you charge your customer (who already put in a big order to support you) to pay extra so that you can do your job? Totally unacceptable.

We are making the pasta for you at cost as we discussed at length, the least you could do is help the staff a little who are working overtime to make your food for you. You'll never find this quality pasta at this price ever, I'm sorry we couldn't find a middle ground.More
