Street food literally, right next to the attraction of the water reservoir (Palombaro lungo). Open even during the break. There were no long queues and the numbers were read loudly. Traditional pasta for this region, served in various ways in a box and with bread (bread even with pasta, oh those Italians). For €8.50 a portion with extra cheese. A very filling and tasty portion, although here we must remember that it is still street food. At the cash register there are tables with umbrellas and fans.
