Pastry shop in Calle degli Albanesi, a little hidden but very easily reachable. The "mamluks" are notable: a traditional but rare to find carnival dessert: related to the more classic "Venetian style" pancakes but with a magnificent explosion of orange in the mouth. Mandatory stop during Carnival to eat classic Venetian pancakes with raisins and pine nuts and those with zabaglione. One of the only two pastry shops in Venice that make Mamluks during Carnival... delicious!!! During the rest of the year I recommend the zabaglione flame, a delight!
