Great view but food wasnt good comparable to other nearby restaurants. Worst Greek salad for example and we’ve enjoyed so many this trip. Took awhile for service/food delivery as well.

The ONLY pro: the caldera view. however, you can find many other hotels in the same price range offering the same view and much better rated!CONS: the breakfast offer is pathetic, it was literally the same small choices every day. The hotel is heavily and I mean HEAVILY understaffed and not becausr they cannot find employees. The pool is very far from lobby you need to take a good 200 stairs up to get there and there is no service at the pool if you want towels, drinks or food you need to go up and down yourself. All the chairs at the pool are ripped and they don't even bother to replace them.Customer Service is so so so horrible (non existent) I can't even tell you how bad!!! We went down 200 stairs to get towels from reception and none were ready the person advised they would only be ready in 30 mins. We asked her if someone could please bring them up as we had to go back up and did not want to do the trip again she simply said NO!Rooms are super super small and DO NOT look like what you book online!! When we told them they said nothing could be done. Shower/tub was disgusting and had mold on it.The WORST part of the customer service: they advertise that they offer room service. Since we were travelling with a 6 month old baby we decided to stay in for supper as we were so tired. We call for room service and wait for 25 minutes before someone answers. The person at reception who answers transfers us to the bar who they said "we don't do room service". We call back and wait yet again another 10 minutes for someone to answer. He then says call this whatsapp number it is our boss helena she is responsible and will assist you.We call this "head of hotel mrs. Helena" only to be speaking to the rudest person ever. She says we do NOT give food for room service because having forks and knives is dangerous in rooms?!? I said we can have plastic we do not mind she said NO. I explained we had a small baby and asked if anything could be done she said NO this is the policy. I told her I was really dissapointed and would be leaving them a bad review which she replied to: "go ahead and do just that!"Save your money this hotel was under another name "spolitica on the cliff" and had also horrrrrrrible reviews which we wish we knew before booking!

Strongly recommend. The view is spectacular and the food is fresh and contemporary. We stopped by Pearl on the Cliff for lunch as a short break during a long walk in the heat. We washed down some delicious squid and a simple, but tasty tomato and feta salad with a lemon radler while gazing at the blue ocean. So beautiful.
