Brought chips from here yesterday night absolutely vile, hard, cold not even eatable as the potatoes weren’t cooked throughly. Not happy with the service provided here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I order from these guys for a few months nowI never have many problems with the food at times the food can arrive cold by the time it reaches us but I believe this is not the restaurants fault I strongly believe the restaurant check the order before sending out. In the past my hubby has been in for a quick meal and the food was hot when he left the shop. The reason I give to stars is because the young lady who delivers our food had no mask on she was rude she did not even say a hello or a simple thank you there was no social distancing she may has well as been in my house with how close she wanted to be.drivers represents businesses during this pandemic. In addition me and my neigbours dont need to hear your music or see your friends in your car staring at us I dont believe for a second that all the people in the car are all employees of penn chippy I dont feel comfortable having a car full of strangers delivering to my addressI would like to add that this strongly is not penn chippy fault or who own penn chippy as far as I am aware it is run by a family but your staff seem to be letting you down in future I shall come in wait for the food it would feel much better then feeling intimidated by a gang full of people
