It is the most successful restaurant in the area and seems to be the only one worth visiting on a weekend afternoon. The location where the restaurant is located is very beautiful, and the garden is well-kept, the owners are always in the area and quite involved. The restaurant's menu is traditional and has never disappointed me. I would say that it is not extraordinary, but it has a fairly good quality / price ratio, the service is prompt and you always find something tasty. I especially like chicken soup. A plus is the fact that you can pay with a benefit / edenred card. An important aspect is that the location has a generous parking lot, but I don't appreciate the bumps in the "ramp" that has to be climbed. The best place to relax in Sarata Monteoru, Buzau county is "Casa cu Tei". Rooms: Large and very clean room. Safety: A safe place with nice people to came. We served lunch at the "Casa cu tei" restaurant. The food was delicious: babić soup, soured with cabbage juice, a dish called amusingly "Taci šinghite" with polenta, cheese and egg, prepared in the oven. For dessert I chose papanasi with jam, really tasty. They have a quality red wine that can be ordered by the glass. The bar area is very nicely decorated with many plants and flowers. The meal can also be served on the terrace, but we chose the indoor area, since it was November and it was cold outside. The staff was friendly and prompt. I was among the first customers at lunch: they put on the music, turned on the lights. We didn't have accommodation with them, but next time we will choose "Casa cu tei" for accommodation. Walkability: You can make trails in the surroundings. Noteworthy details: "Casa cu tei" is a 10-15 minute walk from the main road. They are indicators.
