Good afternoon to all the employees of your establishment. Please pay attention to the reception... When guests arrive, someone must greet the guests, even if they went to see off earlier than other guests. When ordering, specify which dishes to serve when according to the guest’s preference. In my case, they brought tea and dessert when I had not yet eaten the main course, i.e. the tea, of course, had cooled down by the time it came to it. Drinks and bread for my main course also arrived much later. And the most important thing!!! If there are children with the guests, then they need to be served food first, otherwise everyone around, even those who came later than me, was brought food, including me, and my children were left as if they were lost. Naturally, I didn’t eat my food either. the dish has cooled down, because any normal parent would not eat when the children are sitting without food. Did not impress. I wanted coziness, like in a restaurant, but here it’s more like a food court or canteen. Lunches are only set menus, there is no choice.
