It's the situation when stuff didn't handle the situation.
PESTO Ristorante is one of those lucky ones situated in the heart of Kazimierz, usually full of people. Prices are decent and we expected service to be decent as well.
Sunday lunch time.
1. we ordered pan of sea food, price 89 zl
2. order arrived with the piece of hair on the bread
3. we asked to change the dish
4. 10 mins later the same dish arrived, just the price of the bread was changed
5. feeling disgusted, we asked a waitress to call the manager and bring the bill
6. manager appeared asking what happened.. not understanding us properly , they brought the bill where only drinks were included. And now attention, manager instead of apologizing or offering something, just said the most genious phrase I have heard ' You know it happens'... What, happens what?? you add hair as an extra flavour to the dish? ????????
7. we asked to add the full price of the meal, saying that we are here not for free things. Thanks! and now another situation I got amazed about was when waitress said 'oh you want me to add a full price of the order to try check? ok, sure'.. what? adding extra money to the check won't make us want return to this place again.
8. we paid the check, manager run of the restaurant asking why we did that ... after hearing the answer, he replied ' you know it happens'.
Guys , don't get me wrong.. we are not picky... just if you want to get extras like hair on the dish, welcome to Pesto ????????
