Vegetarian options: There are some vegetarian antipasti and pasta options - ciabatta demi loaf, cauliflower cakes, ravioli etc. I wish there were more vegetarian options in pizzas though. The only option was margherita. It's probably the best Italian food I have ever had. Also, if you get Armando as a waiter, your lunch or dinner will be perfect. He's amazing!
