Christmas Memoir Of Las Vegas. Been @ Picasso Bellagio Las Vegas Dining Few Times (Years Back) During Holiday Season w Family & Friends. Beautiful Decor w 'Picasso Paintings' Hanging On The Wall. Las Vegas Two-Star Michelin Restaurant. One Of The Very Best Fine Dining @ Las Vegas. Have Tried Both Alba White Truffle Menu (Pricey But Worth An Experience) & Prix Fixe Menu. Exquisite Taste. Superb. What A Great Culinary Enjoyment !
Picasso has a great location in the Bellagio along with fine dining. Relative to Guy Savoy it has great value given you can experience Michelin Star restaurant with 30-50% the price. Yet it is still pricy. When we visited they offered three menus: tasting menu, truffle tasting menu and la carte. We went with the normal tasting menu rather than the truffle one which would include shaved truffle in each dish. The menu was great all around but the two dishes that stood out were the scallops and the Wagyu (supplement $150). As for dessert the pistachio soufflé stood out. Overall a great place for special occasion and a bargain relative to guy savoy. Ratings: Lobster: 8.5 Scallops: 8.5/10 Foie gras: 8.5/10 Wagyu: 8.5/10 Lamb: 8/10 Pistachio soufflé: 8.5/10 Warm chocolate fondue: 8.5/10
Came here for Christmas Eve and the food is amazing and so is the view of the Ballagio water show . I've been here 3 x now and the food never disappoints! The first time was the best service and drinks about 5 yrs ago . Second time the service sucked and this last time I had the same Ebanizer Scrooge Waiter as I had last time who has 0 personality . They don't have the basil margarita anymore . I did not care for the drinks this time . The bar tender could not make a simple Margarita.  Overall , I don't think it's worth going back for me the fourth time . We left really full and satisfied .
